For 2 reasons: 1) The modded truck may OR may NOT include a "quick job" version of that truck. If it does not, then it would have to be created and the GPS added. If they have created a "quick job" version of the truck, then it would be fairly easy for the original mod author to add a windscreen gps for "quick jobs". Euro Truck Simulator 2. It could be switched like the info screen but would show GPS, Current radio station playing and some other info scrrens like a static screen in the settings in the truck. Navigation systems in the Scania R and S standard interiors do not work [NOT A BUG] the on-board navigation systems in the Scania R and S standard (light and dark) interios do not work. As far as I know only the exclusive interior has a GPS screen. If your truck has an inbuilt GPS, then you can bind a key for cycling through the display modes and to switch it off.
