I always run out of inventory space in any MMO I play. The main problem is that I love to craft and quest and always have a ton of those items on hand. Here are some things I've found out about GW 2 to help me plan my storage space. Starting Inventory Account. 30 shared bank slots; Crafting Material / Cooking Material / Mini-Pet Storage 843. Posted January 3. One thing that IS usable from the Permanent Bank Access window for sure is the Black Lion Salvage Kit. This is good when you need to salvage exotics for the materials and runes/sigils. The Permanent Hair Contract is also usable from the same window if you're lucky to have both. the cost for buying influence to upgrade to the second tier of guild bank (20000) is 40 gold. This gives you access to a further 100 slots and is exactly four times more expensive per slot than the first upgrade. the cost for buying influence to upgrade to the third tier of guild bank (30000) is 60 gold. This gives you access to a further 100 Make a level 1 bank alt. Buy all available bank slots and fill with biggest bags you can afford. Buy both reagent bank tabs. Get level 1 bank alt to start a guild (you may need to buy the 10 signatures off unguilded players) then once guild is formed kick everyone out of guild and buy all guild bank tabs. Price: 600 ; Purpose: More storage for the Bank Tab Bank Tabs a.k.a. the discount version of Share Inventory Slots, are rather limited as they are in Guild Wars 2. I can't believe how anyone can possible think the cash shop is a better option when it completely ruins many aspects of the game by making it revolve entirely around the cash shop. Bank Access (Permanent or Express) works the same way as the window from the Bank NPC. If you double-click in your Inventory, the game attempts to Use the item; if you double-click in the Bank screen, the item transfers between Inventory and Bank. Edit: To Use an Inventory item from the Bank window, you have to right-click and select Use. Assuming retail prices (rather than the discounts we are about to see) & 110g for 400 gems: New character slot costs 250g for 100 slots, somewhat less for 92 slots, i.e. 2.5g per slot. A new bank tab is 165g for 30 slots, i.e. ~5g/slot. Each new bag slot costs ~120g for 20 slots, i.e. ~6g/slot. Upgrading from 20slot bag to 24,- 28-, or 32-slot .
